You’ll feel supported every step of the way with our Exercise Referral programme. The programme has been designed to help you move more and feel better. If you’ve been referred by a healthcare professional, we’ll work closely with you to build confidence, improve your wellbeing and make exercise feel achievable, all at your own pace.
From day one, you’ll have a friendly team by your side, ready to guide and encourage you:
A one-to-one consultation to understand your health, goals and what matters to you
A personalised gym induction, so you feel comfortable using the equipment
EGYM induction to support your tailored programme
Regular 6 and 12-week check-ins to track progress and keep things on the right path
A reduced membership to help you stay consistent

How to get referred?
If you feel the Exercise Referral programme could be right for you, the first step is a simple one — just have a chat with your GP about a referral.
Once you’ve got your referral, you can get in touch with to book your first appointment. Either pop in and see us, give us a call or contact us through our contract us form, whatever suits you best.
Before you come along, just make sure you bring your completed referral form with you. If you don't have one yet, don't worry - just let us know and we can send you the form.
